Payment Process

We have made it easy for our customers to complete payment. Various methods are as follows

  • Online payment option is available for any products purchased from our website through the checkout process for all orders within UAE. 

  • Payments are processed by our Payment Gateway provider - Paytabs

  • For all international orders, our sales team will contact you and shall forward an online invoice to your email id and a link will be present in the email to complete the payment online. 

  • For all custom orders, our sales team will contact you and shall forward an online invoice to your email id and a link will be present in the email to complete the payment online. 

  • We also accept money transfers like Western Union, Xpress Money, Money Gram, Dahabshiil etc. Please contact our sales team to know more about the process.

  • Cash on delivery available only for shipments within the United Arab Emirates.

  • Direct money transfer to our bank account. Bank details can be provided on request.

  • Credit card payment on location at any of our branches.

Shipping

We deliver all over the United Arab Emirates – Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman and all other Emirates included. Once the order is confirmed, it generally takes 2 - 4 working days for delivery completion. We also offer free shipping for all orders above 100 AED. For international shipping, please check with us over email or phone to get the custom rates. 

We provide shipping to almost all parts of the world. We work with multiple shipping providers and work with each customer to identify the best shipping solution for them. Based on the weight and dimensions of each package, we can work out a shipping solution for you. Delivery time will vary depending on the destination and the shipment provider selected. 

Parts that are in stock with us can be shipped out the same day or the next working day after cleared payment. Any parts that need to be specially ordered for the customer will take additional days and will be informed prior to placing the order. We take great care in packaging of the goods and you can be rest assured that your order will reach safely. Once the parts are shipped, our customer service team will be ready to help you out with package tracking.

Warranty & Returns

Germanparts.ae will not accept returns for items that are specially ordered for the customer unless the item is malfunctioning or damaged on arrival. Any parts that are already installed and tested on a vehicle may not be accepted as a return. Germanparts.ae also does not offer any warranty on the parts sold unless otherwise mentioned.
