There are three main parts combined to function together to make a car’s air conditioning system. These parts are the compressor, the condenser, and the evaporator. They work together in a closed-loop system to move the refrigerant and give the cooling.
There are different types of Car AC systems. The major ones are the orifice tube system and expansion valve systems. One of the key differences between these types is - the fixed nature of the tube that moves the refrigerant in the evaporator.
Problems in a car AC can be due to various reasons like clogged air filters, blocked fans, etc. Repairs can fix some of the issues, but others need a replacement only.
