Remote Battery

Remote or the car fob helps in easy control of a car. It helps in locking, unlocking, and some other functions too. Depending on the type of fob, they get powered by different types of batteries.

You can know that your car’s remote needs a battery replacement when:

• Be in close range of the car but it doesn't work
• A warning message displays on the driver’s display
• Difficulty in starting the car
• The LED light doesn’t light up when you press any button (in some of the fobs)

Changing the batteries in a remote is easy. Follow the instructions mentioned in the user manual or take the remote to any auto-repair shop. Just be careful to take all the necessary precautions while doing so.
