Payment Process

We have made it easy for our customers to compete payment. Once the quotation is finalized and approved, we provide you with the following options for payment.

  • Online payment using our payment gateway (PAYTABS). We will forward an online invoice to your email id and a link will be present in the email to complete the payment online.
  • Online payment using PAYPAL
  • Money transfers like Western Union, Xpress Money, Money Gram, Dahabshiil etc.
  • Cash on delivery for shipments within United Arab Emirates.
  • Direct money transfer to our bank account. Bank details can be provided on request.
  • Credit card payment on location at any of our branches.


We provide shipping to almost all parts of the world. We work with multiple shipping providers and work with each customers to identify the best shipping solution for them. Based on the weight and dimensions of each package, we can work out a shipping solution for you. Delivery time will vary depending on the destination and the shipment provider selected. Parts that are in stock with us can be shipped out the same day or the next working day after cleared payment. Any parts that needs to be specially ordered for the customer will take additional days and will be informed prior to placing the order. We take great care in packaging of the goods and you can be rest assured that your order will reach safely. Once the parts are shipped, our customer service team will be ready to help you out with package tracking.

Warranty & Returns

Naser Mohsin Auto Spare Parts L.L.C will not accept returns for items that are specially ordered for the customer unless the item is malfunctioning or damaged on arrival. Any parts that are already installed and tested on a vehicle may not be accepted as a return. Naser Mohsin Auto Spare Parts L.L.C also do not offer any warranty on the parts sold unless otherwise mentioned.
